Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account link: your Discord user ID, Roblox user ID and Roblox username when you verify. With "Verify with Roblox", Roblox shares only your user ID, username and display name (scopes openid and profile). The Roblox access token is used once to read this and is never stored.
• Server configuration: settings chosen by server administrators, including their Roblox Open Cloud API key, which is stored encrypted and never displayed again.
• Group data: public membership and rank information of the Roblox group configured by a server, used for search, role sync and member activity posts.
• Staff records: actions taken by staff through RoControl (rank changes, join requests, warnings, notes, suspensions, exiles) and who took them.
• Activity tracking (only when a server enables it): your Roblox user ID and the start and end times of your sessions in that community's game.

We do not collect passwords, cookies, emails, payment information or Discord messages for these features.

How we use it

Only to provide RoControl's features: verification, role synchronization, staff tools, logs and activity reports for the servers you are part of. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Staff of a Discord server using RoControl can see the information related to that server and its Roblox group. Data of one server is never shown to another server. Data is processed through the Discord and Roblox APIs.

Retention and your choices

• You can unlink your Roblox account at any time with /verify → Unlink; this deletes your account link.
• When a server removes RoControl, its data can be deleted on request.
